Section 1: Acceptance of Terms
This establishes that using PromptArch constitutes a binding agreement. It protects both you and us by making expectations explicit.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PromptArch platform available at promptarch.ai (the "Service"), operated by PromptArch ("we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users, whether on free signup credits or purchased credit packages.
Section 2: Account Registration
We need accurate information to provide you with a secure account, process payments, and communicate important updates.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to keep this information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility.
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to exploit the signup bonus or circumvent restrictions is prohibited and grounds for termination.
Section 3: Credit System
Credits are the currency of PromptArch. This section ensures you understand exactly how they work, what they cost, and what you get.
Signup Bonus. Every new account receives 10 free credits upon registration. No payment information is required to claim this bonus.
Credit Consumption. Each prompt build consumes between 1 and 6 credits. The exact cost depends on the domain you select and the complexity options you choose (such as shot type). The cost is displayed on the build button before you confirm, so you always know what you're spending.
No Expiration. Purchased and bonus credits do not expire. They remain in your account until used.
Non-Transferable. Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to another user.
Insufficient Credits. If your balance is too low for a build, the system will not process the request. You will be prompted to purchase additional credits. Your saved prompts and library remain fully accessible regardless of your credit balance.
Credit Deduction Timing. Credits are deducted at the moment a build is initiated, not upon completion. If a build fails due to a system error on our end, we will make reasonable efforts to restore the deducted credits.
Section 4: Payments and Billing
Transparency around how your money is handled builds trust. This section covers who processes your payments and what you're buying.
Payment Processor. All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We do not store your payment details on our servers. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, and compliance as the seller of record.
Pricing. Credit packages are available at the prices listed on our Pricing page. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect credits already purchased. Pricing
One-Time Purchases. PromptArch uses a pay-as-you-go model. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or auto-renewals. Each credit purchase is a one-time transaction.
Purchase Confirmation. Credits are added to your account after Paddle confirms successful payment. In rare cases, there may be a brief delay between payment and credit delivery while the confirmation is processed.
Taxes. Paddle, as our Merchant of Record, handles tax calculation and collection where required. The final price shown at checkout includes any applicable taxes.
Section 5: Refunds
A clear refund policy prevents disputes and ensures fairness. You should know exactly when and how you can get your money back.
Money-Back Guarantee. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all credit purchases. If you are not satisfied, contact our support team within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Refund Method. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Paddle. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
Free Credits. The 10 free signup credits are not eligible for refund or cash redemption, as no payment was made for them.
Abuse. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be abusive, fraudulent, or part of a pattern of repeated purchase-and-refund behavior.
Section 6: Intellectual Property
You need to know who owns what. Short answer: you own your prompts, we own the platform.
Your Prompts. You retain full ownership of the prompts generated through the Service. You are free to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize your generated prompts without restriction or royalty to us.
Platform License. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating your prompts. We do not claim ownership over your inputs or outputs.
Our Property. The Service itself β including but not limited to its design, code, user interface, branding, domain-specific workflows, and underlying technology β is and remains the intellectual property of PromptArch. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service.
Similarity Disclaimer. Because the Service uses AI models, it is possible that different users may receive similar or identical outputs for similar inputs. We do not guarantee the uniqueness of any generated prompt.
Section 7: Acceptable Use
These rules keep the platform safe and functional for everyone. Breaking them can lead to account termination.
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service without our written permission.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit deductions, or any other security or operational measures.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute credits or access to the Service itself.
- Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes on the rights of others.
- Create multiple accounts to exploit the signup bonus or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or networks connected to the Service.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.
Section 8: Service Availability
No software is 100% available. This section sets realistic expectations about uptime and our ability to change the service over time.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where practical, we will provide advance notice of significant changes.
The Service relies on third-party AI models to generate prompts. Changes to these models, their availability, or their capabilities are outside our control and may affect the Service's output quality or availability.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by temporary or permanent unavailability of the Service.
Section 9: Data Privacy and Storage
You deserve to know what data we collect, how it's stored, and who can access it.
Data We Collect. We collect information necessary to provide the Service, including: your email address and authentication details, your prompt inputs and generated outputs, your credit balance and transaction history, and basic usage analytics.
Data Storage. Your account data and prompts are stored securely using industry-standard infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
Payment Data. Payment information (card numbers, billing addresses) is handled exclusively by Paddle and is never stored on our servers. Refer to Paddle's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your payment data.
Third-Party AI Processing. Your prompt inputs are sent to third-party AI providers for processing. While we select providers with strong privacy practices, you should be aware that your inputs are transmitted to these services to generate your prompts.
Data Deletion. You may delete individual prompts from your library at any time. To request full account deletion and removal of all associated data, contact our support team.
Section 10: Limitation of Liability
This section defines the boundaries of our responsibility. AI-generated content is inherently variable, and these terms reflect that reality.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated prompt. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of the theory of liability.
Section 11: Account Termination
This section explains when and why an account may be closed, and what happens to your credits if it is.
By You. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining credits are forfeited unless a refund is requested within the 30-day refund window (see Section 5).
By Us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the Service, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before or at the time of termination.
Effect on Credits. If your account is terminated for a violation of these Terms, any remaining credits are forfeited without refund. If we terminate your account for reasons unrelated to a violation, we will refund your purchased credits.
Survival. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect after your account is closed.
Section 12: Changes to These Terms
Products evolve, and so do their terms. This tells you how we'll communicate changes.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practical, notify you via email or an in-app notice.
Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service and may request account closure.
